Operation Healthy Homecoming offers:
Service Coordination to help veterans and their families develop and implement housing stability and personal service plans based on their specific needs.
Benefits assistance and personal financial planning to assist veterans and their families to obtain Veterans Affairs and other public benefits. We make connections to VA health, mentalhealth, education and disability sources, and coordinates with other community resources.
Housing counseling and placement to help families find a permanent place to live. We guide individuals and families through the process of seeking, apply for and moving into community apartments.
Temporary financial assistance to assist with short-term issues that jeopardize housing. Based on eligibility, this may be rent, utilities, deposits, moving costs, child care, transportationand emergency supplies.
Employment assistance to help veteran families have a stable income. We offer job placement and coaching.
